Acro Flexibility
Just as key as strength to your practice, is flexibility. To increase our range in a safe and effective manner is to increase our capacity for achieving skills, unlocking new postures, and expanding our practice. Another term for “flexibility” is “Range of Motion (ROM)" - which means what it sounds like. The range of motion in various directions, and under various loads, that your body is able to achieve.
The Acro Flexibility course will provide tried & true techniques for consistently progressing your Active and Passive ROM, as well as to help develop the understanding of these concepts for yourself. A beautiful compliment to a steady Acro practice that will show clear results - as well as a compliment to any other physical practice. Flexibility increases with consistency, and must be maintained. Just like Core Conditioning, its value can often be overlooked. Yet its use is not to be underestimated. Being strategic with your conditioning, either in Flexibility or Core, will allow you to achieve progress and results much sooner than any random training could. We designed this program to allow you a structure to work within, so that each day that you apply yourself to this, you know you are investing in progress and will see direct results.
